Domestic Orders (Within the UK):

  • All prices for orders delivered within the United Kingdom include a 20% Value Added Tax (VAT), unless the item is zero-rated for VAT — for example, children's clothing and wetsuits. In such cases, no VAT will be applied or charged.

International Orders (Outside the UK):

  • Orders shipped outside the UK are not subject to UK VAT. However, please be aware that your local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon delivery.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Customs Clearance and Delivery Times:

  • International shipments may experience delays due to customs procedures in the destination country.

  • Saltskin has no control over customs processing times and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Returns and Refunds:

  • If an international order is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, we will refund the cost of the items upon receipt, excluding the original shipping costs.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • For faulty or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return and refund or replacement.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to be informed about and comply with their country's import regulations and to pay any associated duties and taxes.

  • Failure to pay these charges may result in the parcel being held by customs or returned to us.
